Requesting a loan is as easy as 1-2-3.
Click loan application for our credit union’s online loan application form or call 808-948-5154 or stop by our credit union office.
Complete and sign the form.
Return the completed form to the credit union.
You can also request a loan by logging in to our Online Banking.
May need additional information (ex. verification of income, auto information, purchase order, etc.)
